I couldn't have imagined 21 years ago when I was recruited to start the nursery school at The LJS how much it would have changed the lives for the better of all the pupils, parents, and teachers who have joined us.

We have created a home from home environment where children, parents and teachers are secure, happy, listened to, supported, nurtured and helped to have the best community experiences together through, play, learning and fun.

We are so proud of our Jewish and diverse, vibrant community, our children who have gone out into the world from us, generous, confident, kind, funny, resilient, opinionated (in the best possible way), tolerant and curious.

Friendships have been formed over the years that are still strong today between children and parents, sometimes across continents.

​

We have excellent comments from our sought after feeder schools about how The LJS children always are ready to learn and to have a go, how they are socially mature, have great self help skills and love being part of the school community.

 

Our long standing expert teaching team are proud to have served our families for many years and built relationships with 3 and sometimes 4 children in a family. We celebrate our shared work with parents.

We don't use agency and supply staff we are all committed to giving your children an exceptional early years education.
